PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We accept returns within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be returned in its original branded packaging or box
- The item must show no signs of use, reading, or wear
To initiate a return, email us at [info@thetoludero.com] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Kindly note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Items lost in transit during the return process are outside our control and cannot be refunded.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Due to the premium and limited nature of this item, we offer exchange or store credit only. No cash refunds.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable files, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on digital purchases.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to submit clear photos of the item and the original shipping packaging as received. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
