All I can say is that this book is worth the buy. It is the kind of transformative experience that exposes buried trauma that has subconsciously formed our identities. This is very common in the society today, name calling, negative words, and everything that causes one to loose their sense of self or sense of belonging. I actually exhausted every page of the journal. I’m glad to see there’s another blueprint journal in the store. I have imbibed the new culture of journaling and expressing myself. No more burying my emotions or hiding to soothe others. No more accepting negative labels from others. I am the one with the power to determine my own identity, based on my inherent worth and not based on societal labels.
